WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. AT THIS TIME.

Shipping Table for Ground Shipping to the 48 states
up to $50 = $9.50
$51 up to 60 = $15.50
$61 and up 30% of the total of your order

Jewelry items: The shipping amount above maybe to much for jewelry. So, don't freak out if the shipping looks wrong. It will be adjusted upon processing.  Usually shipping for jewelry is from $5.95 to $20 depending on how many pieces and insurance for higher value items.


We will only charge what it cost for us.

Returns
Please contact us if there is a problem with your order before you ship the item(s) back. We need to give you an authorization number. All orders shipped back without an authorization number will not be credited, refunded or replaced. We will not ship the item back to you!

If a refund is in order, we will refund the amount of purchase less shipping.

Replacements are no charge. As soon as we receive the defective item back from you, we will ship out a replacement as soon as possible. Make sure you write your authorization number on the outside of the package.

Shipping the item(s) back to us is the responsibility of the customer.

There is No returns on jewelry items: Most or all the jewelry items are made to order there for made for you. Sorry, no returns.

Every situation is different, we work with the customer to make the best solution.
